Vintage 1980's Crinkle Prom Dress, Puffy Sleeves, Mermaid ruffle

Looking for something out of the 80's early 90's? This is the dress for you! Purple mermaid dress. Poofy off shoulder sleeves (need to be steamed better), soft satiny material, under bottom flare skirt has tool. 

There is some slight sun damage on the back left side.  It's not bad, but please see side shot and video.
